Competition Rules & Conditions

1. The prize consists of an 8 day, 7 night cruise aboard the MSC Fantasia ‘Treasures of the
Mediterranean’ cruise. The ship facilities include 4 swimming pools, 5 bars, 5 restaurants,
wellness centre, casino, F1 simulator, 4D cinema, Kid’s Aqua Park, 24 hour room service

2. Prize is as stated and cash will not be given in lieu. However, Bravo reserves the right to

3. To enter, participants must email a photo of themselves in the ‘Where’s Wally?’ costume
provided (or another Wally costume) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before 4.30pm on Friday
June 10th 2011. You will also need to supply your personal Facebook page name with your
entry and register a ‘like’ on the Bravo Facebook page (www.facebook.com/bravooutdoor).

4. From 5.30pm on Thursday June 10th, all of the photo entries will be uploaded on
www.facebook.com/bravooutdoor.

5. The winner of the competition will be the owner of the photo that receives most ‘likes’
before 5.30pm on Wednesday 15th June 2011. Team photos are allowed but there will only
be one prize winner and it will be the responsibility of team members to decide on what
person will be going on the trip.

6. Voters can ‘like’ as many photos as they want on the site but will only be able to ‘like’ any
single photo once.

7. Prize must be taken before 14th October 2011.

8. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The
competition will be overseen by Niall Byrne, Niall Byrne and Company, Registered Auditors.

9. Competition winner must be in possession of a current Passport, be over the age of 18 and
able to travel before the 14th October 2011.

10. The winner agrees to participate in any promotional announcement of the competition.

CIE announces Bravo Outdoor as Preferred Supplier on Advertising Estate

Contract

Bravo Outdoor was nominated today by CIE as the preferred supplier to handle its
Outdoor Advertising services in Ireland.

The contract is estimated to be worth €40 million over 3 years, covering sales of all
CIE bus, rail and roadside advertising displays (excluding bus shelters).

competitive tender process and we look forward to concluding the outstanding
formalities in the near future with CIE. In the meantime we remain focussed on

Miller and Bravo create first in Ireland

Bravo teamed up with Miller Genuine Draft to create a Reverse Graffiti wall at Connolly Station as part of their 'Cold Filtered to Reveal the Extraordinary' campaign.

The technique works by creating a layer of dirt over the wall, then using stencils and a power hose to 'filter' the message beneath. Pretty neat, eh?

RTÉ News Now announced as new content partner for Transvision

RTÉ News Now was officially unveiled as the new content provider to Transvision, Ireland’s only large format network of digital screens.

Launched by CIE in 2009, Transvision is the first large format out of home digital network screen in Ireland. RTÉ will deliver RTÉ News Now to screens in Heuston, Connolly, Pearse and Busaras. The RTÉ News Now large screen digital service will deliver the top RTÉ news, sport and entertainment headlines interspersed with advertising content to the 1.7 million commuters that pass through the stations every 2 weeks.

Transvision screens create a key focus point for commuters in these stations and have been very well received by major advertisers and commuters alike. All screens are located in high dwell time locations and the switch to providing RTÉ News Now will further engage commuters with a uniquely Irish news, sport and entertainment service. For RTÉ the move extends their reach to key young, mobile and busy commuter audiences.

The screens have been installed and are maintained by Bravo Outdoor Advertising Limited, CIE’s franchise partner for advertising sales on the CIE asset base. The screens have been designed with the most advanced and cutting edge LED technology, employing a direct digital drive system with individual pixel addressing.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. John Lynch, Chairman, CIE said ‘I am delighted to have our national broadcaster on board for this project. As the first digital advertising network in Ireland, Transvision has been a marked success for CIE. I expect RTÉ News Now’s on-screen presentation of local news, sport and entertainment content to increase Transvision’s level of engagement with the commuter audience through these major transit hubs to the benefit of all stakeholders’.

Bravo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tom Goddard as Chairman of its Board of Directors and Mr. J.P. Carr as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

These two board appointments add considerable international industry experience to the senior management team at the company.

Mr. Goddard has over 25 years experience in the Outdoor Advertising sector, both in Ireland and internationally. He has held senior management roles at Maiden Outdoor, Metro and Viacom Outdoor (now CBS Outdoor) where he was Chief Executive Officer of CBS’ European operation.

Mr. Carr has extensive corporate experience garnered through his 26-year career in the ICT sector with Unisys, where he held various positions including Treasurer of Unisys Europe/Africa and Managing Director of Unisys N.V.
